I-LYA Senior Sail Regatta has been an island tradition for over 100 years at Put-in-Bay. Put-in-Bay welcomes this annual sailing tradition based at Put-in-Bay Yacht Club.
The Inter-Lake Yachting Association extends an invitation to join the Regatta at Put-in-Bay, Ohio. The events begin with sail racing from Cleveland, Detroit, Sandusky, and Toledo. Races finish at the island. That afternoon the Sail Regatta will kick off with opening ceremonies and food and beverages in the tent. Around the island races will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday with additional races pending wind conditions. In addition to PHRF, JAM and Cruising courses, there is also a Centerboard Course which will run a dedicated start for any class with at least five boats.
